These terms and conditions govern your use of the FesTech Copy website and any services provided by Peter Festus trading as FesTech Copy.
Services
FesTech Copy provides B2B copywriting services including but not limited to landing pages, cold email sequences, case studies, email nurture sequences, lead magnet pages, white papers and ad copy.
Project Terms
All projects begin with a written agreement confirming scope, deliverables, timeline and price. Work begins only after agreement is confirmed and any required deposit is received.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed before each project begins. Invoices are due within 7 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Revisions
The number of revisions included in each project is agreed upfront. Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may be charged separately.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment all copy written by FesTech Copy for a client becomes the property of that client. FesTech Copy retains the right to reference the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Confidentiality
FesTech Copy treats all client information as confidential and will not share details of your business, project or strategy with any third party.
Limitation of Liability
FesTech Copy is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of copy delivered. Our liability is limited to the value of the project fee paid.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.
